1. Final Sale.
All vehicle sales are final. Once a vehicle has been purchased and delivered to the purchaser, the vehicle is not eligible for return, cancellation, or rescission, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
2. Unauthorized Return of Vehicle.
If a purchaser returns or attempts to return a vehicle after the sale, any acceptance of the returned vehicle shall be at the sole discretion of the seller and shall not constitute a waiver of the terms of this agreement. If the seller accepts the return, the purchaser will be responsible for a restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the original vehicle sales price, plus a mileage charge of $0.75 per mile for miles accumulated after the date of sale.
3. False or Fraudulent Information.
The purchaser represents and warrants that all information and documentation provided to the seller in connection with the purchase of the vehicle is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. If the purchaser provides false, fraudulent, materially inaccurate, or misleading information or documentation, the seller reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law. No refund shall be issued to the extent permitted by law, and the seller may refer the matter to the appropriate law-enforcement or governmental authorities.
4. Acknowledgment and Agreement.
By signing the purchase documents and/or taking possession of the vehicle, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Vehicle Sale and Return Policy.
